  Robyn was a godsend when I came to her with a long history of back issues and with no understanding of which movements helped and which caused flare ups. Not only did she remove me from this state of worry and inactivity but she also helped me to feel confident and safe returning to the gym and experimenting with various exercises. She set challenging … More but achievable goals and always provided feedback on them in our sessions-- always giving alternatives to scale back or increase the difficulty of exercises when needed. I can't recommend Robyn enough !

  Ian from Octopus clinic has been fantastic in resolving my shoulder issues. I’ve had shoulder pain for around 5 years which has significantly impacted my ability to lift weights.   I've had a chronic shoulder pain for a couple of years. My GP recommended me this clinic, and seeing Ian. He's been amazing in helping me! only 4 sessions so far and his treatment has gone a long way. He is very competent in identifying the issue and the engaged muscles before planning the treatment, and his sessions have proved highly effective. … More I strongly recommend him!
