Being handed a sheet of paper with a list of exercises without explanation, demonstration or practicing the correct technique does not work and can make things worse. Our Physiotherapists and Osteopaths will show you that it is not what you do, it is how you do it that matters.
Home exercises are given to retrain every day posture and movement patterns, improve sports technique, strengthen muscles, tendons and soft tissues and work on flexibility, breathing, relaxation and conditioning. Please go to the exercises section of this website for specific exercises.
