How to use kettlebells for back mobility and strength

In this video Physiotherapist, Claudia Cocci Grifoni shows how you can use kettlebells to improve back mobility and strength and therefore reduce back pain. However, it must only be done under the guidance of your physiotherapist or other health professional. Likewise,  you may notice in the video that Claudia is pregnant. Her body is accustomed to doing these exercises so they are safe for her to do but if you are pregnant you must only attempt these if you have checked with your Doctor or Health Profesional that it is safe to do so.
