Mummy MOT assessment and treatment - whether it is a few weeks or a few years since you gave birth this is for you. Includes a pre-assessment questionnaire plus a one-hour assessment with a Specialist Mummy MOT qualified women's health physio including an internal examination if indicated, advice, exercises and a written report.

Women's Health MOT Basic Package:
Includes a one-hour Specialist Women's Health Physiotherapy session as above, a Mummy MOT written report, a half-hour follow up, up to six weeks of free email guidance with Specialist Women's Health Physiotherapist and free Mummy MOT video exercises

Women's Health MOT Recovery Package:
