Having read a Telegraph article regarding alignment (or the lack of it) when skiing I booked in for a skiing assessment with Lucy. The assessment was fantastic and Lucy not only discovered very quickly what was adversely affecting my skiing but also how I stood and walked. She was very thorough when going through exercises and her report was very detailed, even including how to turn properly with diagrams and photos. I saw her a few weeks later just to make sure I was getting on with the exercises, everything was so good she gave me more!
Since seeing Lucy – and doing the exercises – I have experienced less hip flexor pain, almost no discomfort when foam rolling my IT bands and much better posture.
In just under 3 weeks I will be putting everything together on the slopes – can’t wait!
