In his video one of our running physios, Lucy Macdonald, explains why your plantarfascia is not getting better and what you and your physio can be doing to treat it.
The video explains how the plantarfascia behaves like a tendon so the same rules apply that I cover in a previous video – don’t stretch it, fully rest it and make sure you incrementally load it. I also explain in the video what you need to do to make sure you recover properly including a specific exercise that is often over looked.
