You’ve made it to the final level of this foam roller series! In this video we’ll add arm movements as well as the leg movements from the previous levels.
You should be starting to gain better control of some important muscles that you’ll use for walking, running and cycling, as well as helping to reduce back, hip and groin pain.
Make sure you’re really happy with the previous level of this series before moving on to this one. Progressing and strengthening can take weeks so don’t try to rush it. Listen to your body and go at your own pace.
